450-foot guitar-shaped glass tower to be built in $1.5billion expansion of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Florida The massive building will be the world’s first shaped like a guitar It is being built as part of the expansion of a current casino and hotel complex.When it opens in 2019, it will add 638 rooms to the site, in Hollywood Guests will be able to use a 41,000 square foot spa at the hotel. Expansion project will include a Hard Rock Casino with 3,267 slot machines, 178 table games and a redesigned and rebuilt Hard Rock Live with 7,000 seats in a theater-style configuration.
Hard Rock Pool Tower
The completion of the pool tower marks a significant milestone in the extensive expansion and renovation of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. The pool tower is a 7-story hotel that features swim-out units on the first level with sliding glass doors that open from the room into a private pool area.
The overall Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood expansion and renovation plan consists of thirteen individual projects, including doubling the existing casino space; the creation of the one-of-a-kind, ultra-complex guitar-shaped tower; and the reconstruction of the Hard Rock Live venue.
