This 34-floor luxury condominium tower consist of 390 one- to three-bedroom residences with an elaborate 10th floor recreation deck and private landscaped porte-cochere entrance with valet parking. Three levels of parking spaces were constructed on top of an existing grocery store with two adjoining parking garages. The project’s urban location, directly across from the Metro Rail, office buildings, and other mixed-use entertainment facilities, required careful orchestration of each phase of building to maintain safety procedures.
